Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:

- Payment and Transaction Data: The product or licence you purchased, the amount and currency, the purchase date, order, invoice, and transaction identifiers, the payment method type, the card brand and last four digits when the payment provider passes them to us, billing country, and any refund or chargeback records.
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our website, including pages visited and time spent.
- Device Information: Details about the device you use to access our services, such as IP address, browser type, and operating system.
We do not receive or store your full card number, CVC, or bank credentials. Card details are entered directly into the checkout of our third-party payment service provider, Waffo, which processes the payment on our behalf.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain our services
- To notify you about changes to our services
- To process payments, issue invoices and receipts, handle refunds and chargebacks, and meet tax and accounting obligations

Your Data Rights

- Access. You can view and update your profile information at any time in your account settings. To request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, contact us at support@minuteship.com.
- Correction. You can correct your name, email address, and other profile details in your account settings. If any other information is inaccurate, contact us and we will correct it.
- Deletion. You can ask us to delete your personal data. We will delete the data that we are not required or permitted to retain; some records, such as payment and tax records, may be kept for the period required by law.
- Account deletion. You can delete your account yourself under Settings → Security → Delete account, or email support@minuteship.com from the address associated with your account. Deleting your account removes your profile and associated user content. It does not automatically cancel an active paid subscription, so cancel it in your billing settings first to avoid further charges.
- Response time. We respond to requests within 30 days. If we need more time, we will explain why and may extend the period by up to 30 additional days. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we may decline requests that are unfounded or excessive, in which case we will explain our reasons.

Third-Party Services
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our services, provide services on our behalf, or assist us in analyzing how our services are used. We share only the data each provider needs to perform its function, and we do not sell personal data.
- Payments: Waffo processes purchases, card payments, refunds, and chargebacks. Your payment details are submitted to Waffo, and we receive the transaction result together with limited billing data such as the amount, currency, status, and card brand or last four digits.
- Hosting and infrastructure: Cloudflare hosts this website and provides the database, file storage, and email delivery used to operate it.
- Analytics and support tools: Providers that help us understand usage or respond to support requests may process limited technical data on our behalf.
Your Data Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to receive a copy of it. We honor these requests regardless of your location.
Access your data
Most account information is available in your settings, including your profile details, billing history, and uploaded files. To request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, contact us from the email address registered to your account.
Correct inaccurate information
You can update your name, avatar, and other profile details in your account settings. If a detail cannot be edited there, such as the email address associated with your account, contact us and we will correct it once we have verified the request.
Delete your data and close your account
You can delete individual items, such as uploaded files, from your account at any time. To delete your account and the personal data associated with it, use the delete account option in your security settings, or contact us.
When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data, including profile details, uploaded files, and session records. We may retain limited records where required by law, such as invoices, tax records, and fraud-prevention logs, or where needed to establish or defend legal claims. Retained records are kept only as long as necessary and are then deleted. Backup copies are purged on a rolling basis and no later than 90 days after deletion.
How we handle requests
We respond to verified requests within 30 days. If a request is complex, we may extend this period by a further 30 days and will explain why. To protect your data, we verify your identity before acting, and we may decline requests that would disclose another person's data or that are manifestly unfounded or excessive, where permitted by law.
