The terms and conditions governing your purchase and use of MinuteShip

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of MinuteShip (the "Product"), a software boilerplate distributed through this website, as well as your use of this website. By purchasing, downloading, or using the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Product.

What you are buying

MinuteShip is a software boilerplate: the source code of a full-stack application built with TanStack Start and React 19 and designed to run on Cloudflare Workers, including modules for authentication, payments, database access, file storage, email, blog, and an admin dashboard.

  • Product: a one-time purchase of the source code and its documentation.
  • Price: USD 99.99, charged once at checkout. Prices are shown in US dollars; taxes may be added where required by law.
  • No subscription: your purchase does not create a recurring subscription, and nothing renews or is charged automatically.
  • Delivery: after payment we provide access to the source code using the delivery method shown at checkout, such as a repository invitation or a download link.
  • Updates: your Lifetime licence includes updates we publish for the Product at no additional cost.

The Product is a development starting point. We do not host, operate, or maintain the applications you build with it, and we are not responsible for your deployment, your end users, or your own legal and regulatory compliance.

Licence

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for a single individual, team, or organisation (the "Licensee"), as set out in the LICENSE file included with the Product.

You may:

  • Use the Product to create unlimited end products, including commercial SaaS applications and projects for clients.
  • Modify the source code and build derivative works for those end products.
  • Deploy your end products to accounts you control.

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish the source code, modified or unmodified, as a template, boilerplate, or starter kit.
  • Share your access to the Product with anyone outside your team or organisation.
  • Use the Product to build a product that competes with MinuteShip, including another SaaS starter kit.
  • Transfer your licence to another individual, team, or organisation without our written permission.

The licence is personal to the Licensee and terminates if you materially breach these Terms.

Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Payment

Payments are processed by our third-party payment service provider, Waffo. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVC, or bank credentials; those details are handled by the payment provider.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or bank fees associated with your purchase, except where we are required by law to collect them. Receipts and invoices for your purchase are available from your account or on request.

Refunds

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the one-time purchase. To be eligible, submit your request within 30 days of the charge, and your account must not be in material breach of these Terms or the licence.

How to request a refund

Contact us from the email address associated with your account and include:

  • The email address used for the purchase
  • The invoice, order, or transaction ID
  • The reason for your request

We review requests within 5 business days and may ask for additional information to verify the purchase.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are issued by the payment provider to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card, account, or person. Refunds typically become visible within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Processing fees, currency conversion differences, and taxes charged by third parties may not be refundable where permitted by law.

Effect of a refund

When a refund is completed, your licence for the Product ends. You must stop using the Product and delete all copies of the source code in your possession or control.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve it. Access to the Product may be suspended while a chargeback is open.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this section limits any rights you have as a consumer under applicable law, including mandatory withdrawal or refund rights.

Intellectual Property

The Product, this website, and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a licence to use the Product; they do not transfer ownership of it.

You retain ownership of the modifications you make and of the end products you build, subject to the licences of any third-party components included in the Product.

User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit through this website, such as account details, support requests, or newsletter sign-ups. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and process that content for the purpose of providing the website and responding to you.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Product or this website in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Product except as permitted by the licence
  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our website
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
  • Use our website to distribute malware or other harmful code

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and licence immediately if you materially breach these Terms or the licence, including any redistribution of the source code. On termination, you must stop using the Product and delete all copies of it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will continue to apply.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Product and this website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your specific use case.

Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with our services. This section explains when and how refunds are available. It does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

  • Eligibility and deadline. You may request a full refund of your first purchase of a Pro subscription (monthly or yearly) or a Lifetime license within 30 days of the initial charge. Requests must be submitted before the 30-day period ends.
  • How to request. Email us at support@minuteship.com or use our contact page and include the email address used for the purchase, the order or invoice number, and the reason for your request.
  • Processing time. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and notify you of our decision within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Effect of a refund. When a refund is approved, the corresponding paid plan or Lifetime access ends and its benefits are revoked. If you have an active subscription, cancel it in your billing settings to avoid future renewal charges.
  • Renewals. Renewal charges for monthly or yearly subscriptions are not refundable, except where required by law or where the charge was duplicated or erroneous. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Digital goods and one-time purchases. Lifetime licenses and other one-time digital products are delivered immediately and are therefore refundable only within the 30-day period above. After that period, or once the digital product has been downloaded, deployed, or otherwise substantially used, all sales are final. This does not apply where the product is defective and we cannot repair or replace it.
  • Exceptions. We may decline a refund if the account has violated these Terms, if the request is made after the deadline, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse. Nothing in this section excludes rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Product or this website. Our total aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated Terms are posted and do not reduce the rights already granted under a completed purchase.
